  2. The artist remains the owner of his work until full payment has been made to Whitehouse gallery, with the exception of secondary trade. This also applies in the event of bankruptcy and/or seizure of Whitehouse gallery.
  3. Whitehouse gallery will pay the artist the full artist's share of the sales price agreed with the customer within 60 days after the sale of his work and will provide the artist with the name and address details of the buyer and a copy of the invoice.
  4. Unsold works of art in Whitehouse gallery's management must be returned to the artist at any time and within one month if he so requests.
  5. The relationship between galleries may be one of competition but must in all respects be loyal to the interests of the artist involved, in the event that different galleries represent the same artist. 6. Whitehouse gallery is expected to be expert and professional and to maintain this expertise and professional competence.

  8. Whitehouse gallery states its objectives, programme, working methods and artist database on its website.
  9. Whitehouse gallery is expected to follow the Fair Practice code (fairpracticecode.nl) in its actions, which, among other things, offers a guarantee against inappropriate behaviour within or outside the gallery.
